Design user-centered, accessible interfaces for consumer-facing digital products. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs, maintain the design system, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate solutions.

Lead end-to-end data science projects—frame problems, build and deploy statistical and ML models for segmentation, credit scoring, and fraud; analyze large transactional datasets, monitor model health, and communicate results across teams while contributing to tooling and MLOps practices.

The Corporate Sales Specialist will manage the sales cycle, acquire new clients, build relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate onboarding.

Lead end-to-end ownership of a domain (credit, risk, growth), define modeling strategy, solve high-stakes ambiguous problems, drive models to production and maintain their performance, set technical standards, mentor data scientists, and translate business strategy into a data science roadmap.

Partner with business stakeholders to own analytical lifecycle for domains (Lending, Payments, Risk, Sales, Growth). Translate questions into analyses, build governed Looker dashboards using LookML, perform advanced statistical and causal analyses, ensure data quality and metric governance, improve analytics platform and documentation, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
