Leads Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk support, resolving advanced Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, hardware, software, networking, endpoint, and user administration issues. Maintains Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint management, software deployments, patching, asset inventories, and technical documentation. Escalates infrastructure issues, manages SLA-driven tickets, mentors junior staff, supports clients, and participates in on-call rotations.

Partner with business stakeholders to own analytical lifecycle for domains (Lending, Payments, Risk, Sales, Growth). Translate questions into analyses, build governed Looker dashboards using LookML, perform advanced statistical and causal analyses, ensure data quality and metric governance, improve analytics platform and documentation, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
