Partner with business stakeholders to own analytical lifecycle for domains (Lending, Payments, Risk, Sales, Growth). Translate questions into analyses, build governed Looker dashboards using LookML, perform advanced statistical and causal analyses, ensure data quality and metric governance, improve analytics platform and documentation, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end data science projects—frame problems, build and deploy statistical and ML models for segmentation, credit scoring, and fraud; analyze large transactional datasets, monitor model health, and communicate results across teams while contributing to tooling and MLOps practices.

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will analyze customer data to drive growth initiatives, improve funnel conversion, and collaborate with various teams for data-informed decision-making.
