Apply generative AI and workflow tools to streamline content production, optimize for SEO/AEO and email performance, ensure brand and regulatory consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Support and oversee post-issue annuity administration and TPA servicing. Develop policies, procedures, training, and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective inforce and claims processing. Handle escalations, exceptions, and audits while partnering with operations, product, compliance, legal, vendors, and IT to optimize service and control risk.

Support fundraising, product development, and investor relations for leveraged credit products. Assist structuring and maintaining commingled funds and SMAs, prepare marketing materials and quarterly presentations, manage investor diligence, coordinate with investment, sales, finance, legal and technology teams, and generate portfolio and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
