Provides high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives in an investment and insurance environment. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, arranging domestic and international travel, preparing expense reports, drafting and editing correspondence, prioritizing communications, maintaining records, and liaising with investors, portfolio organizations, and internal stakeholders. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, judgment, communication, multitasking, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Provides comprehensive executive support for Global Client Solutions, including complex calendar management, correspondence, domestic and international travel logistics, meetings, events, expense reports, research, and confidential information management. Coordinates with executives, investors, portfolio organizations, guests, and internal stakeholders while anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, maintaining organized records, and supporting team productivity.

Manages U.S. insurance tax compliance, including federal, state, local, non-U.S., premium, and excise tax filings. Coordinates with internal Tax, Finance, and Controllership teams and external Big Four providers. Oversees tax audits, monitors legislative and regulatory changes, supports insurance transactions and reinsurance arrangements, and drives process improvements, automation, documentation, and internal controls.
