Lead Kitsch's brand partnerships end-to-end: source, vet, negotiate, and manage partnerships; run activations and mailers; coordinate with influencer and launch teams; act as partner press contact; report pipeline performance; and manage and develop a Brand Partnerships Coordinator.

Manage and grow a portfolio of retail accounts across LATAM, driving retention, revenue, and margin. Lead Sales Coordinators, execute assortment/pricing strategies, manage trade spend and promotions, launch new items, coordinate merchandising/displays, and partner cross-functionally on forecasts, inventory, and compliance.
