Writes packaging, e-commerce, and web copy for beauty products; develops product names, taglines, and slogans; maintains brand voice; verifies product claims; proofreads packaging; manages tasks in Asana; organizes recurring copy processes and files; and provides weekly updates.

Owns the Accessories category from collection ideation through launch. Responsibilities include developing trend-informed collection concepts, preparing presentations, researching factories and materials, reviewing finishes and costing, negotiating supplier terms, managing timelines, identifying risks, and using sales insights to guide future products. The role requires commercial judgment, brand awareness, strong organization, supplier collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on a full Pacific Time overnight schedule.

Lead Kitsch's brand partnerships end-to-end: source, vet, negotiate, and manage partnerships; run activations and mailers; coordinate with influencer and launch teams; act as partner press contact; report pipeline performance; and manage and develop a Brand Partnerships Coordinator.
