The Accounting Manager leads daily accounting operations across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory. Responsibilities include owning monthly and annual close cycles, consolidating financial statements for U.S. and Canadian entities, ensuring US GAAP compliance, maintaining internal controls, improving ERP workflows, supporting audits and tax filings, and leading accounting staff. The role also provides technical accounting guidance, financial reporting, variance analysis, and communication with executives and external stakeholders.

Owns the Attachments & Implements product roadmap, market research, pricing, competitive strategy, and new product development. Partners across sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and support to grow market share and profitability. Develops business cases, requirements, training materials, and product launch support; coordinates implement testing and analyzes results. The role also supports trade shows, customer insights, reporting, and manufacturing opportunity analysis, including Latin America.

Own the construction equipment product line strategy, roadmap, market research, pricing, product requirements, competitive analysis, and sales growth initiatives. Lead cross-functional new product development, gather customer insights, support product launches and training, analyze product tests, monitor business performance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and support teams. The role requires approximately 20–30% travel and expertise in the construction equipment industry.
