The Innovation Attorney advises on regulatory law, optimizing legal workflows through technology, collaborating with teams, and enhancing client engagement.

Leads the Client Receivables organization and related collections teams, overseeing inventory performance, billing and collections operations, reporting, KPIs, process improvement, systems implementation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Manages team leadership, workforce development, operational governance, and strategic initiatives across Finance, Billing, Financial Systems, and regional stakeholders.

Manage daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendors, invoices, budgets, employee administrative processes, workplace safety, events, and office services. Support Product Liability and Mass Torts attorneys by unitizing discovery, managing matter files and databases, assisting with administrative tasks and client communications, tracking time, and following client/team matter-management protocols while working independently under tight deadlines.

Support the Special Matters & Government Investigations practice by creating and coordinating RFPs/pitches, drafting directory/award submissions, managing events and sponsorships, updating marketing materials, executing BD strategy and competitive research, supporting client targeting and lateral onboarding, and tracking budgets and BD outcomes. Collaborate with lawyers and global BD/Marketing teams to drive cross-selling and thought leadership.

Lead business development and marketing strategies for the Middle East, producing client-facing pitches, conducting strategic research, managing directory submissions, supporting events and cross-practice initiatives, and acting as the first point of contact for transactional BD requests to grow market share.

The Innovation Attorney advises on integrating technology into litigation practices, enhances client collaboration, manages tech solutions, and stays updated on legal tech trends.

The Technology Communications Specialist crafts and delivers technology communications, manages editorial calendars, develops multimedia content, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance internal messaging and engagement.

The Client Contracts Specialist will review client due diligence, maintain documentation, draft memoranda, and manage client contracts while supporting the legal team.
