Develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting U.S. Army missions. Build and integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and generative AI solutions; troubleshoot and optimize code; support front-end, back-end, database, and data-processing work; and participate in testing, code reviews, documentation, and secure system integration within a DoD environment.

Supports Air Force MRO and MRO-S programs by developing, documenting, analyzing, coordinating, tracking, and managing functional requirements. Translates logistics and mission needs into actionable requirements, supports Agile development and Scrum teams, manages requirements artifacts, analyzes legacy functionality, identifies system dependencies, and coordinates with Government stakeholders, SMEs, developers, testers, data teams, and interface teams.

Analyzes legacy Air Force systems, business processes, data, and interfaces to support MRO/MRO-S integration and modernization. The role decomposes and documents interfaces, defines functional and technical requirements, creates wiring diagrams, researches legacy capabilities, and coordinates with SMEs, requirements teams, data teams, and technical stakeholders. It also supports logistics transformation, implementation planning, technical documentation, and appropriate use of AI-enabled analytical tools.

Supports organizational change management for MRO/MRO-S system deployment across multiple sites. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessment, communications and messaging plans, implementation readiness, business-process transition, requirements definition, risk and resistance tracking, adoption measurement, reporting, and coordination with internal and external organizations. The role collaborates with project managers and functional leaders and develops briefings, documents, recommendations, and other implementation deliverables.

Conducts research, collects and analyzes data, and develops methods for data acquisition, cleaning, validation, curation, and production readiness. Produces reports, tables, charts, and performance metrics to support MRO/MRO-S development, testing, and deployment. Supports system testing, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement within an Air Force depot maintenance environment.

Plans, executes, documents, and supports functional, integration, regression, system, and user-focused testing for MRO and MRO-S software and IT solutions. Develops test cases and procedures, records defects and results, troubleshoots system issues, supports Agile delivery and deployment activities, and collaborates with technical, functional, customer, Air Force, and DoD stakeholders to ensure reliable and compliant production solutions.

Supports Air Force and Department of Defense logistics IT requirements development and management. Works with subject matter experts to document business processes, conduct transformation activities, develop requirements artifacts, track requirements through Scrum teams, and support acceptance criteria. Assists with Agile requirements documents, configuration management, legacy functionality decomposition, system connectivity, scheduling, and resource coordination.
