Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions to improve training management, workflows, reporting, and knowledge management; analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, create documentation and training, and collaborate with government stakeholders to support mission objectives.

Support federal acquisition and sustainment by preparing and maintaining procurement packages, tracking sourcing and NIIN logistics data, coordinating stakeholders, performing market research and spend analysis, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, supporting audits, and producing reports to sustain mission readiness.

Design, build, and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate enterprise systems, ensure data quality, and deliver curated business-ready datasets. Develop Python-based data processing, document architectures and workflows, support Palantir and ERP platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models; build DAX calculations, transform data with Power Query/Dataflows, automate workflows with Power Automate, gather stakeholder requirements, present insights to leadership, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, document solutions, and train end users.

Provide program support for MRO/MRO-S implementation at an Air Logistics Complex, coordinating site activations, executing organizational change management, producing executive slide decks, administering SharePoint, extracting and visualizing data (Power BI/Tableau/Visio), supporting go-live/testing activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending process improvements.

Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support for program leadership: coordinate personnel actions, manage workforce tracking and taskers, prepare reports and briefings, maintain award programs, use government personnel systems, and serve as liaison to stakeholders to ensure mission execution.
