Description
The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/ Maintenance Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Test Analyst. This person will represent the Functional Management Office (FMO) as part of the Delta Point Testing team and support MRO/MRO-S FMO testing activities as directed. The Test Analyst supports the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) / MRO-S program by planning, executing, documenting, and supporting testing activities for software and IT solutions. The position works with functional, technical, and customer stakeholders to validate system functionality and support delivery of reliable production solutions

- Develop and execute test procedures, test cases, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user-focused testing as applicable.
- Document test results, defects, discrepancies, and system performance.
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to verify system functionality.
- Support Agile testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work with developers, functional analysts, and stakeholders to investigate and resolve identified defects.
- Support compliance with applicable DoD and Air Force testing policies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
- Assist with testing associated with deployment and implementation of MRO/MRO-S production solutions.
- Maintain accurate test records and communicate testing status, risks, issues, and results to program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external organizations supporting program testing activities.
- Support development and continuous improvement of standardized testing processes, tools, and practices.

Requirements
The selected candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience performing software or IT system testing.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, procedures, standards, and tools.
- Experience developing test procedures and documenting test results.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and testing practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
- Air Force or DoD IT system test and evaluation experience preferred.
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years Air Force and Department of Defense Information Technology (IT) systems testing experience.
- Experience in Air Force Test and Evaluation of IT Systems to include Agile testing, development of required documentation; test design; testing methods, standards, and tools; DoD and Air Force policies and processes required to ensure accreditation of deployed software.
