Provide operations and administrative management support to senior staff: manage calendars, SharePoint portals, taskers, meetings (Teams/VTC), prepare briefings, track inspections and internal controls, coordinate with other offices, and support Army acquisition-related administrative functions.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models; build DAX calculations, transform data with Power Query/Dataflows, automate workflows with Power Automate, gather stakeholder requirements, present insights to leadership, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, document solutions, and train end users.
