Provide on-site administrative and receptionist support for the Arkansas facility: manage communications, prepare documents and presentations, coordinate travel and meetings, process onboarding paperwork, maintain records and supplies, assist with reports and projects, and ensure confidentiality and professional office operations.

Serve as the President's trusted advisor and operational liaison, driving cross-functional projects, preparing executive materials and board meeting coordination, resolving organizational bottlenecks, analyzing operational and financial data, managing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring accountability and execution across the company.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Chairman, acting as a strategic partner. Manage scheduling, represent the Chairman in meetings, prepare briefings and correspondence, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, oversee budgets and contracts for Chairman-led programs, lead select projects, manage confidential information, and handle personal matters related to the Chairman's residence and activities. Ensure follow-through on strategic priorities and drive accountability across the organization.
