Manages government contracts, subcontracts, contract financing, billing, compliance, audits, records, and negotiations. Advises program managers on contractual obligations, risks, and requirements; liaises with government contracting officials; oversees subcontract administration and reporting; supports proposals and contract audits; and supervises contract administration personnel. The role also serves as the company’s ITAR/export-control official and requires coordination with Finance and government agencies.

Provides highly trusted personal, administrative, and operational support to the Chairman. Responsibilities include managing complex business and personal calendars, travel, correspondence, household and ranch matters, events, vendors, expenses, confidential information, strategic initiatives, and executive communications. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strong organization, and coordination with executives, family members, stakeholders, and service providers. Occasional travel, short-notice availability, and evening or weekend work may be required.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, job description development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding support. Builds talent pipelines through agencies, schools, military offices, job fairs, and career events. Maintains ATS accuracy, monitors recruiting metrics, ensures employment-law compliance, manages recruiting vendors, and promotes company culture throughout the hiring process.
