Responsibilities include salary structures, market benchmarking, job architecture, merit increases, incentive plans, compensation modeling, reporting, pay equity analysis, FLSA compliance, audits, and confidential employee compensation records. Partners with HR, executives, and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable, financially sound compensation practices.
