The Human Resources Generalist supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, employee engagement, HR reporting, compliance, and HRIS records. The role advises employees and managers, assists with compensation and policy initiatives, maintains confidential information, and supports organizational HR programs. This is an in-office position in Laredo, Texas, with occasional job site visits and travel during the workday.

Leads economic development and government affairs initiatives supporting real estate growth. Secures tax abatements, grants, loans, and investment packages; negotiates with government agencies; manages TIRZ, MMD, MUD, and related special districts; and builds partnerships with public, business, and community stakeholders. Oversees site development programs, economic research, market analysis, business recruitment, and tenant attraction while representing the company at public meetings and development events.
