Lead and oversee all casino accounting and revenue-cycle functions (slots, table games, F&B, cage, drops/counts). Improve audit and accounting procedures, prepare management performance and revenue reports, ensure month-end reconciliations, maintain internal controls (NIGC MICS) and Title 31 compliance, manage staff meetings, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Supervise guest-facing marketing staff (Casino Ambassadors, PBX, Shuttle, Valet, Marketing Coordinator), execute promotions, manage Players Club programs and databases, handle customer complaints, coordinate tour/travel relations, maintain records, uniforms, and promotional rules; support Director of Marketing on program development and special projects.

The IT Manager oversees the technology vision and operations of the casino, managing systems, software, hardware, and ensuring guest satisfaction through IT services and compliance with laws.

The position involves maintaining cleanliness in the casino, including gaming machines, restrooms, and public areas while providing customer service.

Greet and assist customers, operate an electronic cash register, handle cash and correct change, stock and rotate inventory (FIFO), maintain store cleanliness, forecast and stock merchandise, perform assigned cleaning and store tasks, obtain required training and licenses.
