Job Description:
1. Primary role is to supervise Casino Ambassador, PBX, Shuttle Driver, Valet and Marketing Coordinator to ensure excellent customer service, as well as execute/Implement all tour/travel programs, promotions and special events.
2. Promote departmental efficiency and effectiveness by staffing each marketing service area commensurate with customer volume.
3. Assist in creating operational procedures to be used in conjunction with Players Club programs.
4. Motivate Casino Ambassador, PBX, and Marketing Coordinator to provide superior customer service.
5. Maintain accurate customer account records and coupon/inventory during assigned shifts.
6. Create rules and factsheets for all promotions and special events.
7. Maintain communication with tour/travel companies. Coordinate visits as directed.
8. Act as a role model to other employees.
9. Serve as point person in the resolution of "on the spot" customer complaints.
10. Supervise the proper data entry standards for the Players Rewards database.
11. Responsible for assigning, ordering and maintaining uniforms for the department.
12. Secondary role will be to assist the Director of Marketing in the development, implementation, tracking, maintenance and management of the Players Club programs for the entire casino.
13. Review and take appropriate action to take advantage of opportunities or correct deficiencies discovered through customer satisfaction surveys and/or reports, including competitive reviews.
14. Participate in special projects as requested by management and ensure all post function responsibilities are handled.
15. Understand the goals and vision of the casino, and demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performance.
16. Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in related field or a minimum of 2 years related experience in a Marketing, customer service, sales or gaming environment.
- A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standards listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
- Strong business writing skills, able to gain confidence and build rapport with customers.
- Pleasant personality coupled with a professional, well groomed appearance is essential.
- Effective communication skills. Capable of developing approaches for implementing an idea.
- Ability to listen.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Detailed oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
- Inherent accountability to supervisors, fellow team members and self.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including outlook, word, excel and access.
- Experience with Bally's casino Marketplace database a plus.
- Documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility.
- Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
