Provide remote technical support for locker hardware and software across Spain. Diagnose connectivity, access, and system issues; coordinate on-site technicians; support customer service with technical guidance; document incidents and resolutions; identify recurring problems; and relay feedback to Product and Operations. The role requires fluent Spanish, excellent English, strong troubleshooting skills, technician coordination, organization, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to generate leads, promote KeyNest Lockers, manage warm and cold pipelines, arrange demos, and follow up with prospects. Maintain strong product knowledge, update CRM records, support customer onboarding, and meet individual and team sales targets while collaborating with international teams.
