Resolve complex incidents, manage OS/database/middleware lifecycles, handle certificates and integrations, drive capacity and resilience activities, automate ops, maintain runbooks, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable SaaS services.

Perform regression testing of the Plexus pension platform, validate calculations and data, investigate deviations, test new features, provide pension calculations, support releases, and drive test automation and AI improvements across international teams.

The role involves leading pre-sales engagements, delivering product demos, managing client relationships, and supporting sales processes in the life insurance sector across Northern Europe, particularly in the Dutch, Danish, and Norwegian markets.

Manage, operate and improve the VMware-based private cloud platform (VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX) and hybrid connectivity. Design and deploy infrastructure, automate operations, monitor capacity/performance, resolve incidents, and support migrations from legacy environments while ensuring security and continuity.
