Develop and maintain SiteView, a secure SaaS digital claims platform, across front-end and back-end systems. Build features using React, Java, and AWS; investigate issues, resolve bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to testing and deployment. Collaborate with developers and business teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions. Apply sound coding practices, networking knowledge, Docker-based development, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Maintain and modernize Azure-based Kubernetes environments, improve CI/CD processes, support deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and help ensure 24/7 SaaS platform stability. The role collaborates with operations teams, colleagues, and customers while refining infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance procedures, and internal deployment processes. Occasional after-hours deployments and on-call support are required.
