Identifies, evaluates, prioritizes, and mitigates operational risks across terminals and pipelines. Leads HAZOP, LOPA, PHA, risk-register, management-of-change, assurance, and incident-investigation activities. Develops risk reports and mitigation plans, collaborates with vendors and engineering firms, coaches operations personnel, supports audits and regulatory reviews, and promotes continuous improvement and process safety across office and field environments.

Provides hands-on maintenance and site support at an industrial plant. Responsibilities include assisting maintenance teams and contractors, operating mobile equipment, maintaining buildings and grounds, supporting drainage and pumping, managing waste and chemical inventories, covering warehouse duties, coordinating fleet maintenance, and documenting work in Maximo. The role requires safe work practices, physical capability, communication skills, and comfort working indoors and outdoors.

Leads Keyera’s enterprise Total Rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits, retirement, disability management, recognition, and employee well-being. Advises senior leaders and the Board, oversees annual reward cycles, vendor relationships, governance, analytics, compliance, and program communications. Partners across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leadership while managing and developing a high-performing Total Rewards team and driving continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain steady-state and transient hydraulic models for pipeline networks using Synergi and Pipesim. Perform analyses, prepare reports and calculation packages, recommend surge mitigation and overpressure protection, support projects and MOCs, troubleshoot operations, participate in HAZOPs/PHAs, and train team members while coordinating with stakeholders.

Provide analytical and commercial support for Keyera's ethane and NGL business: forecast volumes and sales, manage inventory and nominations, analyze pricing and market trends, support contract negotiations and outages, prepare leadership presentations, and participate in system/process projects to maximize asset value.

Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and development for corporate systems (including IBM Maximo). Handle user and security setup, data imports/exports, application/integration and database troubleshooting, participate in upgrades, design technical solutions, review technical documentation, and collaborate with vendors and business partners.
