Manages invoice processing through three-way matching, resolves vendor and accounts payable issues, supports reconciliations, month-end accruals, budgeting, project cost tracking, inventory-related accounting, reporting, and process improvements. Maintains accurate financial records, reviews purchase and work orders, updates procedures, and provides accounting support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Provides senior functional expertise and ongoing support for Workday across HR modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, business processes, testing, releases, and production activities. Leads Workday projects from requirements gathering through deployment and documentation, coordinates with partners and technical resources, and mentors HRMS team members. Supports recurring HR processes and translates technical information into business-friendly guidance.

Manage end-to-end contracting and procurement processes, including RFx activities, sourcing strategies, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract execution, post-award administration, supplier qualification, performance management, spend analytics, and SCM governance. The role supports operational planning, resolves supplier and invoicing issues, ensures compliance, and develops site-specific supply chain strategies at an oil and gas processing facility.
