Manages the Arkansas personnel function, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, safety, compliance, training, and employment security. Advises senior management on HR matters, oversees performance management and employee relations, administers benefits and payroll, directs HR staff, and manages reception and mailroom personnel. Ensures employment practices, safety programs, wage structures, organizational development, and government reporting remain compliant and effective.

Provides broad HR support across recruiting, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, safety, workers’ compensation, records, and employee programs. Supports policy development, manager coaching, employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, and maintains training records. Leads reception and mailroom personnel while supporting front-desk operations and positive employee and visitor experiences.

Monitors company parking areas and facility access points to promote safety, security, and orderly vehicle movement. Reports suspicious activity, hazards, violations, and incidents; conducts inspections; assists employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery trucks; supports traffic flow and emergencies; escorts individuals when appropriate; and coordinates with EHS, HR, leadership, maintenance, and authorities.

Supports electronics manufacturing operations by developing production processes, determining routing and equipment needs, monitoring process indicators, improving work instructions, installing tooling, interpreting PCB and mechanical documentation, implementing engineering changes, and preparing labor quotations with sales, quoting, and program management teams.

Provides technical leadership for quality management systems and continuous improvement in a contract electronics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include analyzing customer quality data, auditing internal processes, maintaining supplier ratings, supporting PPAP, control plans, PFMEA, and process changes, and driving corrective actions through root-cause analysis and timely closure. The role interfaces with customers, manufacturing, suppliers, and management, while also training employees and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.

Leads the Test Engineering team, managing daily operations, staffing, workload, budgets, performance, and technical roadmaps. Oversees NPI procedures, site transfers, production quotes, design reviews, developmental activities, and design-for-manufacturability standards. Provides engineering support, coordinates cross-functional and international teams, interfaces with customers, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Manages RFQ, new product introduction, and customer product transfer programs. Leads cross-functional launch teams, administers contracts, tracks timelines, milestones, resources, costs, quality, delivery, and action items. Assesses risks and business concerns, recommends solutions, communicates customer and technical issues, and coordinates responsibilities across departments. Requires cross-functional project management experience, cost accounting knowledge, business analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.

Develop and support electrical product testing systems, including hardware, software, automation, test routines, and data collection. Maintain and calibrate test equipment, create manufacturing documentation, support customer technical needs, and train internal departments. The role covers testing technologies such as AOI, flying probe, in-circuit testing, boundary scan, X-ray, device programming, environmental screening, and PCBA or system-level functional testing.

Plans and procures materials for production schedules using an MRP system. Maintains master production schedules, customer orders, inventory and system data, analyzes reports, expedites materials, and coordinates with production, purchasing, engineering, and sales. Responds to customer inquiries, supports product-related projects, and ensures engineering changes align with production plans.

Lead development and improvement of automated electrical test systems and software for manufacturing. Create test routines, coordinate NPI, mentor engineers/technicians, manage projects, perform root-cause analysis, ensure test plan compliance, and support production, costing, and automation at a corporate scale.

Assist product and process engineers to design electronic circuits and firmware for keyboard/ODM products, build and debug prototypes, develop quality control specs, use CAD/EECAD tools, interface with suppliers and manufacturing, and support engineering training.

Supports production and engineering by eliminating rework through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process controls, data analysis, training, lean initiatives, and new product introductions. Leads internal audits and helps maintain quality certifications. Collaborates with production, engineering, program managers, suppliers, and customers to improve manufacturing processes, documentation, equipment, and quality outcomes.
