Supervise production floor operations and personnel to meet throughput, quality, and safety goals. Train, direct, and evaluate employees; plan resources and schedules; maintain equipment and production records; enforce company policies and support continuous improvement.

Perform testing, diagnosis, and repair of electronic assemblies; operate and certify test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency counters); follow detailed test procedures and schematics; document failures; apply ESD handling; follow ISO/router instructions and maintain quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Develops and maintains Master Production Schedules, enters and tracks customer orders, responds to order and lead-time inquiries, and coordinates between production, purchasing, engineering and sales to ensure on-time fulfillment.
