Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical RevOps and data buyers, negotiate contracts, and close six-figure deals. Build account management processes, identify growth opportunities, conduct strategic account reviews, and partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM leadership. The role requires consultative selling, technical fluency, and frequent in-office work in London with flexible evening hours.

Own Kernel’s end-to-end product design, including UX flows, information architecture, interaction design, visual craft, discovery, prototyping, and production collaboration. Simplify complex workflows, conduct user research, translate insights into shipped improvements, and establish lightweight design principles and patterns. The role partners closely with engineering and product, moves quickly in an early-stage startup, and occasionally supports business narratives and decks.
