Lead Kernel's brand and demand efforts by running events, managing leadership public profiles, designing marketing channels, creating content, supporting product launches and case studies, and partnering with sales and founders to ideate and execute growth experiments.

Support Head of Finance & Operations on FP&A, budgeting, unit economics, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional projects. Own product economics, back-office finance (Carta, accounting, SOC 2), vendor contracts, and diverse operational initiatives across compliance, office leases, and compensation. Act as chief-of-staff/operator executing high-impact, ambiguous projects.

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise implementations: run POCs, own full implementation lifecycle, architect and deploy bespoke AI agents, troubleshoot technical issues, partner with account executives, and provide product feedback to improve customer outcomes.
