Generate qualified sales pipeline by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and executing phone-, LinkedIn-, and email-based outbound campaigns. Qualify prospects, book meetings for account executives, maintain account lists, document call notes, and refine messaging and cadences using performance data. Collaborate with Marketing and AEs while providing feedback to improve go-to-market strategy. This is a commission-based, target-driven role requiring four-plus days weekly in Kernel’s London office.

Qualify prospects, book meetings for account executives, maintain detailed account lists and call notes, and collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and ideal customer profiles. Continuously improve prospecting performance, share market feedback, and explore creative methods such as events and new outbound approaches.

Serve as the technical lead in enterprise deals: run POCs, own implementations from kickoff to go-live, architect and deploy bespoke AI agents on Kernel, advise clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product feedback to improve the platform.
