Lead systems engineering for spacecraft and space-system programs: define architectures, translate mission requirements, manage interfaces and technical budgets, perform trade studies and risk analyses, drive verification and test campaigns, support integration/commissioning and operations, mentor engineers, and apply MBSE and AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows and deliver program technical products.

Support satellite and payload development by performing mission and system analyses, maintaining requirements and interface documentation, supporting payload integration, verification planning, testing, and operations readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, and producing technical budgets and reports under senior engineer guidance.

Provide independent software product and quality assurance for satellite programs: develop SPA/SQA strategy, assess software safety and risks, audit processes, oversee V&V and change control, evaluate suppliers, and support mission readiness and anomaly investigations.

Work on FPGA firmware for satellites and ground stations: maintain and extend FPGA code (SystemVerilog), design custom IP, add sensor/communication interface support (SPI, I2C, UART), and implement/test SDR and SDN control with high-speed interfaces like JESD204b, 10G Ethernet, and Aurora.

Design, develop, and maintain high-reliability embedded software for spacecraft and ground systems. Implement secure communications, low-level drivers and kernel components, build automated tests and validation tools, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to improve system performance and reliability.

Lead and grow the hardware test engineering team to deliver test infrastructure, procedures, automation, and evidence packages for satellite hardware. Oversee validation, qualification, production test strategy, reliability campaigns, cross-functional alignment, and scalable processes while coaching engineers and advancing test automation, data systems, and facility capability.

Lead systems engineering for satellite programs from concept through delivery. Define architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification plans, and readiness evidence. Drive technical reviews, trade studies, risk closure, stakeholder alignment, and mentor engineering teams to ensure integration, mission readiness, and delivery across subsystems and suppliers.

Design, implement, and automate test procedures, fixtures, and software for PCBs, subassemblies, and systems. Develop test plans, execute prototype bring-up and debug, perform root-cause analysis, provide DFT feedback, and collaborate with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure product reliability and testability.

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for Kepler's product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
