Build and maintain the analyst-facing frontend for Kepler's AI research platform: high-performance, data-dense interfaces (spreadsheets, tables, streaming views) that surface cited, auditable values and verification workflows. Ship end-to-end features, optimize browser performance, implement real-time streaming UX, and ensure traceability from UI cells back to original sources.

Own and operate models in a production AI research platform: select and fine-tune models, build training/evaluation/extraction pipelines, implement eval harnesses and CI, redesign model routing for accuracy/cost/latency, and drive end-to-end product-quality and verification for finance workflows.

The Full Stack Engineer will develop Kepler's AI research platform, building frontend React applications and scalable backend services that manage data and integrate AI workflows. Responsibilities include feature ownership, data integration, performance optimization, and ensuring production excellence.
