Own and build Kepler’s talent function as its first dedicated talent hire. Source, attract, assess, and close senior technical candidates, especially engineers, using networks, outbound recruiting, events, agencies, data, and unconventional approaches. Build recruiting processes, scorecards, reporting, employer brand, and candidate pipelines while advising leadership on hiring plans, offers, and interview quality. The role requires hands-on recruiting, strong technical judgment, relationship building, and AI-enabled recruiting automation.

Own Kepler’s brand and marketing as its first marketing hire. Responsibilities include developing the visual identity, website, positioning, customer proof, investor and sales materials, executive social content, launches, co-marketing, and search visibility. This senior individual contributor will write, design, code, ship, and evaluate marketing work independently while partnering closely with leadership, product, strategy, operations, and customers.

Develop foundational systems for Kepler's AI platform, including building execution infrastructure, evaluation systems, and integrating AI into production environments. The role requires strong backend engineering skills and experience in AI/ML systems.
