Lead and manage the shelter behavior program and external training services, supervise and develop behavior staff, design and deliver force-free training and assessments, oversee behavior modification and placement decisions, grow revenue-generating classes, coordinate with internal and external partners, manage budgets, SOPs, reporting, and provide direct training and support as needed.

Support daily shelter operations by caring for animals, maintaining clean spaces, coordinating foster placements, processing foster applications, transporting animals, supervising volunteers, and providing customer service to foster volunteers and the public.

Manage daily care, medical treatment, training, transport, intake, and placement of horses; supervise and train staff and volunteers; coordinate veterinarian and farrier care; lead rescue and transport operations; develop SOPs and ensure regulatory and budget compliance; represent program via outreach and social media; assist in euthanasia decisions as needed.
