Provides front-office support for an animal clinic, including answering calls, greeting clients, scheduling surgeries, checking animals in and out, entering clinic data, supervising volunteers, handling mail, and maintaining clean public areas. Requires compassionate client service, accurate paperwork, multitasking, basic computer skills, and the ability to work around animals, emotional circumstances, allergens, chemicals, noise, and zoonotic disease risks.

Lead and manage the shelter behavior program and external training services, supervise and develop behavior staff, design and deliver force-free training and assessments, oversee behavior modification and placement decisions, grow revenue-generating classes, coordinate with internal and external partners, manage budgets, SOPs, reporting, and provide direct training and support as needed.
