Perform dealership accounting and bookkeeping, including breaking down and posting vehicle deals, calculating commissions, processing lien and floor plan payoffs, tracking titles and trades, transmitting aftersell products, reconciling reports, and maintaining accounting schedules. The role also involves digitizing deal paperwork and collaborating independently and with the team. Dealership management system and payroll platform experience are required; automotive dealership accounting experience and an accounting degree are preferred.

Manage dealership finance and insurance transactions, including structuring retail, lease, and special finance deals; securing lender approvals; presenting vehicle protection products; completing compliant contracts; monitoring funding; auditing deals; and maintaining lender relationships. The role requires strong negotiation, customer communication, organizational, compliance, and automotive dealership F&I skills.

Assists dealership customers with selecting vehicles and services, explains product features and options, customizes vehicle deliveries, follows up on sales leads through the CRM system, and builds long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, listening, attention to detail, a positive attitude, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages dealership finance and insurance transactions, structures deals for profitability, submits contracts to lenders, makes credit decisions, presents additional products, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares and audits paperwork, and accelerates contract funding. Provides financing guidance and customer assistance while maintaining required certifications and delivering a high-quality vehicle ownership experience.
