Handles interested dealership leads without cold calling, maintains attention to detail, and provides a professional customer experience. The role requires flexible morning, evening, weekend, and occasional Sunday availability, with extensive training and opportunities for advancement.

Manage dealership finance and insurance transactions, including structuring retail, lease, and special finance deals; securing lender approvals; presenting vehicle protection products; completing compliant contracts; monitoring funding; auditing deals; and maintaining lender relationships. The role requires strong negotiation, customer communication, organizational, compliance, and automotive dealership F&I skills.

Assists dealership customers with selecting vehicles and services, explains product features and options, customizes vehicle deliveries, follows up on sales leads through the CRM system, and builds long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, listening, attention to detail, a positive attitude, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license.
