Lead and manage daily operations of clinic, home, and community ABA services including staffing, budgets, compliance, credentialing, and training. Provide clinical supervision and direct BCBA/LBA services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor outcomes, maintain documentation, coordinate with families, insurers, and regulatory bodies, and ensure program quality and fiscal responsibility.

Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults. Administer and interpret tests, write evaluation reports, communicate findings, deliver therapy as appropriate, supervise trainees and master's-level clinicians, participate in multidisciplinary teams, develop trainings, and engage in research activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide direct 1:1 academic, social, and behavioral support to students with ASD using ABA methods; collect data, assist with behavior support plans, maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, ensure student safety and compliance with regulations.

Provide vocational assessments, individualized employment plans, soft/hard skills training, job matching, on-site and occasional off-site job coaching, employer development, career counseling, documentation, and ongoing retention supports for individuals, including OPWDD participants.
