Enters, verifies, updates, and maintains order and customer data in databases and spreadsheets. Retrieves information, organizes records, creates reports, protects confidential information, resolves data discrepancies, receives orders through phone and email, and provides product specifications. The role also supports administrative tasks and requires accurate, high-volume data entry, attention to detail, and effective communication.
