The Inside Sales Representative will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and communicate with clients in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include cold outreach and developing customer relationships while utilizing Salesforce and demonstrating Keeper's cybersecurity solutions.

The Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer will support pre-sales and post-sales technical processes, assist with product demonstrations, and address technical queries for EMEA partners.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of technical integrations and partnerships across security, identity, cloud, collaboration and DevOps ecosystems. Evaluate APIs/webhooks, perform hands-on testing with Postman/curl, coordinate onboarding and technical validation, gather cross-functional requirements, drive partner applications and launches, and report outcomes to leadership while using AI tools to scale research and documentation.

Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and data classification aligned with NIST CSF, FedRAMP High, IL5 and other standards; support ATO processes, manage compliance documentation and audits, train employees on security/privacy, and troubleshoot policy implementation for GovCloud environments.

Lead product marketing for Keeper's cybersecurity products: define messaging, positioning and use cases; execute cross-functional launches; create content and SEO-optimized assets; coordinate webinars and partner co-marketing; gather customer feedback and conduct market and competitor research to drive awareness and pipeline.

Design, build, and scale vulnerability management systems across cloud and application environments, automate vulnerability detection, and support offensive security initiatives.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business, managing full sales cycles, and targeting customers through outreach. This role requires engaging with German-speaking clients and maintaining an active sales pipeline, leveraging Salesforce for account activity.

Support EMEA channel partner growth by executing integrated partner marketing plans, creating localized assets, coordinating events and webinars, managing partner portal content, enabling new partners, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating cross-functionally. Communicate in English and German or French and travel ~20-25% for partner events.

The Bilingual Sales Engineer will manage technical support in the sales process, conduct product demonstrations, assist with implementations, and provide technical consulting to clients, focusing on Keeper products in the EMEA region.

The role involves executing marketing plans, collaborating with channel sales for campaigns, managing partner assets, tracking performance metrics, and onboarding new partners within a hybrid work environment.

Provide front-line Tier 1 IT support for El Dorado Hills office and remote employees: troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, provision and deploy devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset records, assist with endpoint projects, partner with vendors, and support physical security systems. Requires occasional after-hours support.

Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive retention, renewals, expansion, upsell and net revenue retention. Build high-performing teams, own forecasting and renewal processes, manage strategic enterprise relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to increase product adoption and customer health, and represent Keeper in executive customer engagements and industry events.

Drive new business in the DACH region through cold outreach, demoing Keeper products, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline, and consistently meeting quota while communicating in German and English.

Manage a portfolio of German-speaking B2B customers in EMEA to drive renewals, upsells and adoption. Serve as a technical and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, resolve issues, and grow revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and data sources on Redshift; collaborate with data engineering (dbt) and business teams; own Tableau governance, performance tuning, documentation, training, and ensure data security compliance.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of German-speaking EMEA accounts, drive renewals, upsells and expansions, conduct technical and business reviews, troubleshoot product issues, advise on password and IAM best practices, and act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical processes: qualify technical requirements, deliver demos and trials, assist implementations and integrations, provide L2 support, collaborate with sales and engineering, update Salesforce, and travel up to 10% for customer meetings.

Design and execute integration and security-focused test plans for PAM and Keeper Secrets Manager. Validate integrations across cloud providers, IAM, CI/CD, and OS/databases; perform reliability and security testing; analyze logs and defects; contribute to automation and collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Develop and maintain native Windows endpoint functionality for Keeper's PAM platform, ensuring software is secure and high-performance. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and implementation.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs for KeeperApp. Own backend components, optimize MySQL schemas/queries, ensure performance and reliability, apply secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features iteratively.
