Coordinates content repurposing, merchandise store administration, procurement, and marketing program execution to increase brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.

Supports growth and delivery of Treasury Management services by assessing client needs, recommending banking solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, supporting pricing discussions, and partnering with commercial, corporate, business, and retail banking teams. Serves as a Treasury Management subject matter expert, strengthens client relationships, promotes product utilization, supports retention, and maintains knowledge of market trends, products, and applicable regulations.

Designs, develops, and supports secure automation and application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities. Translates business requirements into documented technical solutions, coordinates testing and deployment, monitors performance, and remediates failures. Collaborates with IT and business stakeholders while adhering to enterprise standards, SDLC controls, secure data handling practices, audit requirements, change management, and documentation standards.

Originates first mortgage loans focused on first-time homebuyers, low- to moderate-income borrowers, and Community Reinvestment Act transactions. Responsibilities include soliciting applicants, completing applications and disclosures, entering loan data, ordering credit reports, coordinating processing, communicating approvals or denials, following up with borrowers and real estate partners, supporting community lending activities, and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.
