Provides financial planning and investment advice, develops client and referral relationships, meets investment sales goals, and supports bank branch teams. Oversees compliance files, regulatory audits, sales training, product education, cross-selling, client prospecting, and referral follow-up. Coaches team members, maintains investment industry knowledge, and ensures compliance with applicable banking, securities, and anti-money-laundering regulations.

Processes subpoenas, levies, garnishments, restraints, search warrants, and other legal requests affecting customer accounts. Researches records, coordinates responses, manages account restrictions and fund remittances, prepares notices, tracks deadlines, maintains confidential documentation, and escalates legal or regulatory risks. The role also supports audits, reporting, procedure maintenance, and communication with bank staff, authorities, law enforcement, clients, and legal representatives.
