Coordinates content repurposing, merchandise store administration, procurement, and marketing program execution to increase brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.

Leads the bank’s security operations function across identity, endpoint, cloud, monitoring, access controls, incident response, audits, and remediation. Oversees Azure security configurations, endpoint compliance, alert triage, change management, control evidence, procedures, and team development. Partners with IT and Information Security to maintain an audit-ready environment aligned with security, compliance, and risk objectives.

Administer and govern the bank’s ServiceNow platform, including workflows, service catalogs, access controls, CMDB, asset management, reporting, and operational processes. Manage enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, documentation, platform health, and vendor coordination. Ensure configuration quality, security, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and effective stakeholder communication while troubleshooting platform issues and supporting business requirements.
