The role also oversees recruiting, training, retention, performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and sales operations across multiple home communities.

Administers corporate studio and purchasing systems, including data validation, mapping, integrations, testing, maintenance, reporting, scorecards, and discrepancy resolution. Provides system support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and micro-learning content. Coordinates studio communications, audits configuration data, supports community launches, and delivers actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. The role is onsite and may require travel up to 50%.
