Processes vendor and subcontractor invoices through the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry, documentation, payment processing, journal matching, and records maintenance. Reviews approvals and lien waivers, handles retention and land development invoices, and communicates with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors. The role requires accurate financial data management, problem-solving, organization, and deadline management in a high-volume environment, with occasional overtime and travel to construction sites as needed.

Leads a regional homebuilding sales team, drives sales performance and process adherence, coaches consultants, supports negotiations, develops traffic and realtor outreach strategies, analyzes market data, and ensures customer satisfaction. The role also oversees recruiting, training, retention, performance improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and sales operations across multiple home communities.

Administers corporate studio and purchasing systems, including data validation, mapping, integrations, testing, maintenance, reporting, scorecards, and discrepancy resolution. Provides system support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and micro-learning content. Coordinates studio communications, audits configuration data, supports community launches, and delivers actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. The role is onsite and may require travel up to 50%.
