Perform O‑level airframes and hydraulics QA duties: implement KAMP, review technical publications and discrepancy reports, monitor CDI/CDQAR program, inspect and evaluate maintenance performance, analyze maintenance data for trends, support OJT and ensure support equipment availability and calibration.

Perform maintenance, testing, inspections, loading and unloading of F/A-18 weapons systems, troubleshoot and repair armament systems, assist avionics checks, and support on-the-job training and cross-training of personnel.

Provide clerical and office-management support including filing, operating office equipment, budgeting, personnel records, payroll, and preparing briefings, naval correspondence, and presentation materials. Work independently on research projects and follow detailed procedures for routine tasks.

Perform nondestructive inspections and testing of aircraft structures, components, and engines using visual, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultrasonic, radiographic, and spectrometric oil analysis methods. Process X-ray film, use technical publications, follow safety/fire precautions, and support on-the-job training and cross-training of personnel.

Plan, oversee, and organize maintenance work and contractor personnel at the site. Handle on-site managerial duties including investigations and reports for quality defects, production meetings, timesheet validation, new-hire orientation and training, and collaborate with the Government Site Lead on maintenance and local site issues.

Perform intermediate-level armament quality assurance for F/A-18 I-level work centers: review technical publications, monitor inspection programs, investigate hazard reports, conduct inspections, analyze maintenance data, support training, and assist with annual ordnance inventory to ensure compliance with KAF 4790.2 Series and related directives.

Manage and maintain central maintenance records for F/A-18 O-Level maintenance: prepare correspondence, control reporting systems, maintain aircraft and engine logbooks, support VIDS/MAFs processing, implement records directives, provide clerical support and on-the-job training.

Oversee and organize maintenance tasks and contractor personnel on-site. Manage employee onboarding and training, validate timesheets, hold production meetings, conduct investigations and reports for quality defects, and coordinate with the Government Site Lead on maintenance and local site issues.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled corrosion control maintenance, inspect aircraft per maintenance cards, provide formal and on‑the‑job corrosion prevention training, use approved NAVAIR materials, report saltwater or chemical exposures, document paint failures and corrosion, prepare corrosion location charts and records, submit unsatisfactory reports, and manage contaminated waste storage/disposal.

Manage on-site responsibilities including investigations and reports for quality defects, hold production meetings, validate timesheets, provide orientation and initial training for new hires, and collaborate with the Government Site Lead. Notify the Government Site Lead when absent.

Conduct and oversee intermediate-level powerplants quality assurance: review technical publications, monitor CDI/CDQAR programs, inspect work centers for compliance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2, investigate hazard reports, analyze maintenance data for trends, review engineering and discrepancy reports for accuracy, ensure support equipment availability and calibration, and support on-the-job training for Kuwait Air Force personnel.

Perform and monitor powerplants quality assurance at O-Level for F/A-18 support: review technical publications, conduct inspections, analyze maintenance data, investigate hazard reports, review engineering and discrepancy reports, ensure tools/support equipment availability, and train Kuwait Air Force personnel.

Supervise on-site F-35 organizational-level maintenance per NAMP and contract requirements. Manage day-to-day contract field team operations, interface with COR and corporate management, submit required reports (CDRL, COCA, COS, payroll), oversee QMS, safety, tool control, and accountability of company and government property.

Manage and maintain technical publications across central and site libraries to ensure maintenance and management personnel have immediate access to accurate aviation maintenance documentation. Perform inventory control, requisitioning, ordering, upkeep of technical manuals and directives, and maintain program awareness of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2, ISO 9001-2000, and ORM procedures.

Plan, oversee, and organize maintenance work and contractor personnel at the Naval Base. Manage on-site operations including investigations, quality defect reports, production meetings, time sheet validation, new-hire orientation and training, and liaise with the Government Site Lead.

Manage and maintain technical publications inventories for Navy aviation sites. Ensure immediate retrieval, requisitioning, control, ordering, and upkeep of maintenance manuals and directives. Apply COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2, ISO 9001-2000 awareness and ORM training; meet government/company licensing and clearance requirements as needed.

Provide contractor maintenance for Kuwait Air Force aircraft hydraulic/pneumatic systems: test, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul components using STS and HCT-10 HTS; maintain/test the Hydraulic STS; manufacture and repair hose and tube assemblies and related valves, cylinders, reservoirs, accumulators and dampers; and provide on-the-job training to KAF personnel.

Provide administrative support including preparing and sending new-hire documents, maintaining employee files, data entry, filing, logging expenses, coordinating shipments, and covering reception as needed. Prepare reports and assist with uniform inventory and vendor expense processing.

Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft wheel/tire and brake assemblies; inspect hardware for cracks, wear, and corrosion; follow safety and maintenance procedures; support on-the-job training and cross-training of personnel; use measurement tools and NDT methods as needed.

Implement and monitor KAMP programs at O-Level armament work center. Review technical publications and maintenance data; monitor CDI/CDQAR nominations; inspect work centers and production, conduct final inspections, review engineering and discrepancy reports, investigate hazards, support OJT and cross-training, and ensure compliance with naval maintenance directives.
