Advises the Kuwait Air Force on basic aircrew, collective, and operational-level training. Develops training programs, curricula, lesson plans, exercises, regulations, SOPs, doctrine, and user requirements. Supports pilot ground training, training planning, special projects, meetings, and conferences to improve operational capability and standardize training execution.

Supervises organizational-level maintenance support for MH-60R/S aircraft at SAR Key West. Manages contract field team operations, interfaces with government and corporate representatives, submits contractual reports, oversees quality, safety, training, tool control, FOD prevention, and property accountability, and ensures compliance with NAMP, technical data, and contract requirements.

Supervises organizational-level P-8 aircraft maintenance support and manages daily Contract Field Team operations. Serves as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer Representative, corporate program management, and quality leadership. Oversees required reporting, CDRLs, quality, safety, training, tool control, FOD prevention, property accountability, and maintenance documentation while ensuring compliance with NAMP, technical data, and contract requirements.
