Perform palletizing and shipping/receiving tasks in a food manufacturing environment: build pallets, operate electric pallet truck, unload trailers, inspect and segregate defective product, print labels and maintain records, clean and assist in shipping/receiving, and follow food safety standards. Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities across direct, indirect, and MRO categories. Manage supplier relationships, run RFP/RFQ processes, oversee P2P and spend analysis, track supplier KPIs, ensure quality/spec compliance, and support procurement projects and replenishment.
