Leads enterprise Workday, HRIS, and payroll transformation projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, testing, data migration, deployment, stakeholder communications, vendors, and change management. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and implementation providers to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives and executive reporting.

Lead the architecture, operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of production Azure platforms, with emphasis on AKS, networking, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Serve as an L3/L4 escalation expert, implement automation and operational guardrails, improve deployment and production-readiness practices, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and mentor cloud operations engineers across engineering, SRE, security, and delivery teams.

Designs, configures, develops, and implements enterprise SaaS solutions for banking and financial-services clients. Translates business requirements into technical designs, builds APIs, integrations, workflows, data-processing components, and backend/frontend solutions, and supports testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Leads technical workstreams, workshops, and client discussions; manages risks and dependencies; reviews deliverables; and mentors development team members.
