Leads financial and property accountability analysis for a government program, including audit-readiness and FIAR preparation, compliance reviews, performance metrics, management reporting, and process improvement recommendations. The role also mentors junior analysts and reviews their work products while supporting Government leadership.

Analyze Navy ERP and program data to create performance metrics, status reports, Excel models, project plans, and leadership briefings. Support FIAR audit readiness, investigate inventory and material-handling discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to SOP development, continuous improvement, and risk management for a government property program.

Provides administrative and front-office support for a government property management program. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, managing records, scanning and indexing documents, coordinating meetings, tracking staff training and certifications, maintaining rosters, and controlling visitors at warehouse facilities. Requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
