Entry-level role to learn and assist across vocational and residential programs. Attend trainings, complete required certifications (NSO, med, CPR/First Aid, NDCPD DD module), provide on-call support, assume temporary leadership when needed, and participate in special projects to prepare for further opportunities within the agency.

Coordinate and oversee residential and vocational services for people with disabilities: supervise DSP staff, manage programs and meals, ensure health/safety and regulatory compliance, develop and monitor individual service plans, coordinate internal/external services and family communication.

Train and rotate through vocational, residential, QA, behavior, and nursing programs; complete required certifications (NSO, med, CPR/First Aid, Developmental Disabilities module); support special projects, provide on-call coverage, and temporarily cover program leadership as needed.

Supervise contractor personnel and implement contract requirements including inspections, quality assurance, inventory management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulated health standards under the Project Manager.
