Teams at Kalix

Assist across Vocational and Residential programs by observing, training, completing certifications (NDCPD, NSO, med, CPR/1st Aid), supporting special projects, providing on-call coverage, and temporarily filling program leadership roles as needed.

Train and rotate through vocational, residential, QA, behavior, and nursing programs; complete required certifications (NSO, med, CPR/First Aid, Developmental Disabilities module); support special projects, provide on-call coverage, and temporarily cover program leadership as needed.

Supervise contractor personnel and implement contract requirements including inspections, quality assurance, inventory management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulated health standards under the Project Manager.
