Teams at Kalix

Provides cross-program training and experience across vocational, residential, quality assurance, behavioral, and nursing services. Supports special projects, completes developmental disabilities, medication, CPR, and first-aid certifications, provides on-call coverage, and may temporarily assume program leadership responsibilities. Requires strong communication, organization, supervision, delegation, and leadership skills. Light travel may be required.

Train and rotate through vocational, residential, QA, behavior, and nursing programs; complete required certifications (NSO, med, CPR/First Aid, Developmental Disabilities module); support special projects, provide on-call coverage, and temporarily cover program leadership as needed.

Supervise contractor personnel and implement contract requirements including inspections, quality assurance, inventory management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulated health standards under the Project Manager.
