Provide technical product support for terminal operating system software by troubleshooting customer issues, reproducing and isolating faults, managing cases through resolution, communicating findings, and advocating for customers. The role includes account management, customer calls, project go-live assistance, shift work, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel. It is explicitly not a developer role, though familiarity with Java, databases, enterprise applications, servers, and networking is valuable.

Six-month internship supporting the N4 Terminal Operating System and related application, EDI, BI, infrastructure, monitoring, and diagnostic operations. The intern will troubleshoot incidents, assist with testing and deployments, maintain documentation, and develop practical AI, automation, and scripting solutions using tools such as Python and APIs. The role provides hands-on experience with enterprise managed services, customer environments, and operational improvements.

Assist with cloud environment operations, monitoring, patch management, VMware administration, endpoint security upkeep, automation scripting, documentation, and ITSM ticket handling. The intern will support Windows and Linux systems, learn cloud and infrastructure operations, follow escalation procedures, and shadow senior engineers while developing practical troubleshooting and operational skills.
