The Sales Manager will develop client interest in Kaleris products, manage sales processes, maintain relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Lead multiple managed services teams to deliver SLAs across customers/regions. Oversee service quality, escalations, resource planning, AI-enabled analytics, performance management, and continuous improvement while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Consultant will provide support to clients in optimizing container terminal operations, implementing strategies, and evaluating processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
