Support AI innovation and software development by researching coding assistants, building LLM, RAG, and agent prototypes, developing automation tools, testing applications, and documenting solutions. Assist with debugging, CI/CD, secure coding, vulnerability scanning, and responsible AI guidelines. The intern will also demonstrate AI tools, measure productivity gains, and collaborate with developers and architects on customer-focused projects.

Supports AI-enabled IT operations, infrastructure, cloud environments, automation, monitoring, security hardening, vulnerability scanning, access control, and technical documentation. The intern researches AIOps and LLM solutions, builds prototypes, scripts repetitive tasks, assists with Azure and AWS environments, and helps establish safe AI-use practices. The role includes mentorship, customer-environment exposure, and opportunities to develop skills in AI-enabled infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Supports enterprise software implementations for maritime and terminal operations customers. Responsibilities include system analysis, configuration, integration, issue verification, case creation in Salesforce, requirements analysis, test-case preparation, and AI-enabled consulting support. The intern communicates with customers and internal teams, manages assigned issues, contributes to project deliverables, and learns supply chain software, consulting practices, and approved AI tools under senior guidance.
