Own evaluation and quality for an LLM-powered AutoQA product: translate customer rubrics into precise instructions, run evaluation experiments, build golden and synthetic datasets, create LLM-as-judge pipelines, validate retrieval/tool-calling/speech components, and make actionable recommendations while collaborating with customers and the AI team.

Own top-of-funnel outbound to support, operations, and QA leaders: research accounts, cold-call, run multichannel outreach, qualify inbound, book and prep meetings, keep HubSpot updated, and feed market insights to product and marketing.
