As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll develop customer-facing features, ensuring user experiences are intuitive and polished, while collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and onsite candidate hosting, maintain ATS data accuracy, prepare interviewers and scorecards, support sourcing and recruiting team, and identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.

Own full sales cycle across the Department of War and military services, build a repeatable DoW go-to-market motion, navigate defense procurement (OTAs, BAAs, SBIR/STTR), cultivate program office and contracting officer relationships, lead demos and discovery, and partner with proposals and design to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Contract IT Operations Manager to design and implement identity, endpoint, and access lifecycle systems for a cloud-first macOS-centric startup selling to government. Deliver device management, automated joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access reviews, SaaS inventory, a scoped enclave, and compliance evidence; produce runbooks so the program runs after the engagement ends.

Owner of end-to-end People Operations: onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, state compliance, employee engagement, performance cycles, office coordination, equity administration in Carta, and partnering on headcount and recruiting operations while using AI tools to automate workflows.

Lead Kaizen's external brand strategy and content engine across editorial, video, social, and executive communications. Own storytelling for recruitment, federal wins, investor relations, and public recognition; produce assets, manage vendors, and collaborate with sales and leadership to build a distributed, AI-augmented brand function.

Design and ship high-impact landing pages, campaign sites, motion and illustration, and a cohesive constituent-facing visual system. Own Kaizen's web presence and brand evolution, produce code-first deliverables, leverage AI-native creative tools, and collaborate with Sales, Design Lead, CEO, and engineering to align product and brand.

Lead end-to-end federal capture and proposal development: write RFx responses, white papers, solution briefs, and unsolicited proposals; monitor federal opportunities; translate technical work into winning narratives; build AI-assisted proposal workflows; sharpen capture strategy and represent Kaizen at BD activities.
