Senior B2B sales role to grow Kaelo Money across corporate employers. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handover, build partnerships, engage HR and C-suite stakeholders, prepare proposals and demos, manage CRM pipeline, and coordinate with product, marketing, operations and implementation teams.

Design, build, and maintain cloud data platforms and medallion data architectures (bronze/silver/gold). Develop ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic layers, data quality checks, monitoring, and secure access. Enable AI/ML readiness, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, and maintain documentation, CI/CD, and governance for reliable analytics and reporting.

Provide managerial assessments and coaching to managers referring employees to the EAP, manage formal referrals, offer feedback, tools and leadership guidance, assist with difficult employee situations, and log case notes in the EAP system.

The Business Consultant will drive new business, manage client relationships, optimize sales processes and improve efficiency in achieving sales targets.
